President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. Tocher is a founder of Qwick Media Inc. He has over 30 years' experience managing investment strategies for a variety of family holding companies with interests in different industries. He was a co-founder and director of the group of affiliates of Gateway Casinos Ltd., which sold for $1.4 Billion in November 2007. He co-founded Brew King Ltd., a manufacturer of commercial and consumer wine-making concentrates that achieved worldwide sales before being sold in 1997 to Andres Wines Ltd. He has experience as a director with several private equity companies, including Trian Equities Ltd.
Greg Dureault
Vice President and General Counsel
Mr. Dureault holds Bachelor's Degrees in Economics and Law, and is a co-founder of Qwick Media Inc. With over 23 years of experience as a International corporate and North American securities lawyer, Mr.Dureault possesses direct experience in deployment of television lottery game show content and pattern recognition lotteries, and Web content and point of sales delivery programs over closed intranet systems, such as those offered by the interactive digital kiosks. He brings a wealth of knowledge with hands on experience in international business, and ability for achieving success in highly regulated environments.
Alan Husejnagic
Vice President
Mr. Husejnagic holds Bachelor's Degrees in Science and Psychology, and boasts a record of achievement and business performance awards. He has launched successful e-commerce ventures, a marketing and web consulting firm, produced television series' for the Score TV Network, and pioneered micro broadcasting systems for integrated content delivery via web, mobile, TV and kiosks. Qwick Media's passionate innovator – Mr. Husejnagic oversees development teams, marketing and growth initiatives.
Kevin R. Kortje CA
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Kortje is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years accounting, taxation and software development experience. As an entrepreneur, he was involved in the development of many unique software applications in sports, gaming, lotteries, accounting, payroll, stock market analysis, securities portfolio management, financial services and enterprise management. He has extensive experience with electronic payment processing technologies, and has recently been successful in pioneering the launch of a payroll cash card program as an alternative to paper paycheques for the temporary labour industry.
